November 09, 2017 as of 14:00H - Tropical Depression "SALOME" is now on the vicinity of Legazpi City, Albay and is heading Southern Quezon, Marinduque area.
With the strength of 55KPH and gustiness of up to 90KPH, the estimated Rainfall amount is from Moderate to Heavy within the 250 KM diameter of the Tropical Depression.
Residents of the areas under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 1 (TCWS #1) as well as the eastern section of Central Luzon are advised to be alerted against possible flash-floods and landslides.
Sea travel is Risky over areas under TCWS #1 due to moderate to rough seas.
Salome is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Saturday Morning.
